For each loan officer you recruit to use our service you receive 5% commission.

Train others to recruit loan officers and receive 5% commission on the loan officers they recruit.

Manage other trainers and receive 5% commission on the loan officers your trainees recruit.

Why do loan officers want to use our service?

So they can do what they do best, find clients that need a mortgage.

Once they are signed up with us their clients can even make application and pay an applicaiton fee on our website and we will call the client to confirm the information within 5 business hours.

We have only experienced processors that will do everything for the loan officer that can legally be done without a license.

Communication to all allowed parties is what we top the rest at.  The borrower can even log in to check progress anytime of the day.  No surprises is what we strive for.

The processor will work with the borrower to get all of the needed documentation, order all the verifications, appraisal, title, insurance.  And we will use the loan officers or borrowers choice of venders or we will select one for them.

The processor will run the credit, shop the loan with the loan officers lenders, and give the information to the loan officer to decide with the borrower which program and rates to go with and then the processor takes over again.

The processor will work very hard because we are only paid our fee of $495 & 25% commission when the loan funds.
